Safe Families of the Treasure Coast
Safe Families for Children – Treasure Coast surrounds families in crisis with caring, compassionate community. We are a nonprofit, volunteer movement serving Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin counties. We create extended family–like supports for struggling, isolated families through a community of devoted volunteers who are motivated to keep children safe and keep families together.
MEET OUR TEAM
Jessie Ray
Chapter Director

Jessie has served in several nonprofit roles and church volunteer roles over her life. She studied history and also received a Master’s in Urban & Environmental Planning. She is excited to bring together her love of community and love for the church by working with Safe Families. She is passionate about healthy families and healthy churches, and believes Safe Families is an incredible model of serving the community in tangible ways and growing the Christian disciple into Christlikeness. She is also a certified Enneagram Coach.

Lauren Jubeck
Ops & Volunteer Coordinator- Indian River
Lauren is dedicated to the family home unit and the success of others. With long-term service to women’s & children’s ministry, she has a compassionate heart and truly enjoys encouraging others. Her background in housing has empowered her to be an advocate for those who are seeking to create safe, stable, and financially healthy homes. She believes in the hope that through collaboration and a contagious wave of kindness, we can create healthier communities. As a mother, Lauren regards Safe Families' mission as responding to God’s calling over our lives to be the light in the dark. She is thrilled to embrace this opportunity to serve the community where she grew up and loves.
Ana Ruleman
Intake Specialist & Family Coach Supervisor

As a Business Manager at a radio station in 2001, Ana attended a professional goal-setting seminar and, instead, set a personal goal to care for children in crisis. Two weeks later, she became a foster parent and, eventually, left her career in radio to become a certified therapeutic foster parent with a dedicated 6-bed crisis home. After caring for more than 300 children, Ana set a new goal: support families in crisis before foster care becomes necessary. She loves the mission of Safe Families for Children to keep “Children Safe and Families Together.”
Ingrid Perry
Family Coach- Martin & SLC Counties

Prior to joining Safe Families as a Family Coach, Ingird worked in various facets of education. Teaching equipped her with a desire to connect my childhood with my knowledge. Because of her upbringing, she originally wanted to pursue anything that would erase the stain of poverty, instability, and lack of opportunity. The Lord revealed to her that the very people she is called to serve are those in situations like she had been. Safe Families is an opportunity for her testimony and knowledge to bring glory to God by illuminating insight for families and helpers.

Madilyn Wenner
Ops & Volunteer Coordinator- St. Lucie & Martin
Madi has a deep passion for caring for those in crisis or on the margins, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks. With a Bachelor's degree in Youth and Family Ministry, she is dedicated to ministering to the health of families in every way possible. Safe Families holds special significance for her, as she believes that healthy family relationships are essential for well-being and flourishment. Madi feels a divine calling to this mission, sensing a profound purpose and meaning in her work with Safe Families.
